CLTU Fly Tying School

at the Victor-Farmington Library
 

Join members of the Canandaigua Lake Chapter of Trout Unlimited and a variety of skilled instructors for this five part fly-tying series!  Participants will tie one or two patterns each class, with a demonstration by the instructor followed by the opportunity to tie a fly with assistance from mentors who will be on hand to help. Five to twelve patterns will be taught, progressively building on the skills learned in previous classes. Included will be a complete instruction booklet with pictures and step-by-step details.
 

ALL TYING MATERIALS are provided by the Chapter for classroom use.  Students will need to purchase their own fly-tying tools.  A few loaner beginner vises will be available.
